Shoprocket is still in its early stages, but I see a lot of promise. There are a few areas that could use some improvement, like the admin panel not functioning perfectly in Google Chrome. However, it runs smoothly in Firefox. The customer support is really impressive; they actually listen to your concerns and resolve issues in no time. If you have suggestions for enhancements, they add them to their roadmap, and if it’s not too complicated, they often fix it right away. That’s pretty amazing! It integrates well with your website and is user-friendly. Given all this, even though it’s still a startup, I’d definitely recommend Shoprocket.

Looks really promising, and the price is quite appealing. However, there are way too many bugs. Sometimes it just doesn’t remember the changes made (like tabs and options). I find myself having to redo things multiple times, and occasionally it forgets the changes after a bit (like tabs vanishing, for instance)... The filters are hard to read in mobile view (same line, too tiny). I’d love to see the same features but with fewer bugs, and in French (all text should be translated by the user). I’d also appreciate more design choices. After that, I’ll definitely be a new customer of Shoprocket. Now, after some back-and-forth via email, everything is updated and it’s working well! The support is really good and responsive! You’ve got a new customer now.

I really appreciated how fast my issue was resolved. Plus, I always get treated great, whether it's through chat or email! The woman assisting me with my website mentioned that Shoprocket has fantastic customer support!

The website has several issues that need addressing. I've raised concerns about the email notifications failing when a purchase occurs or when there's a status update, but so far, nothing has changed in the system. There are times I find out about a sale only after getting a message from a frustrated customer or an alert from STRIPE about incoming funds. Additionally, some of my clients are unable to access the shopping cart because of their local network security settings.

This is way better than Shopify! It's incredibly customizable, the customer support is fantastic, and it adapts well to any sector. Although it's still being developed, with the pace of improvements, it's definitely a solid choice for online sellers.
